HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. - (Business Wire) Three professionals from Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ:CECO) will present at the Career College Association (CCA) Convention and Exposition on June 25-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Ruth Reynard, Director of Faculty Services at Career Education, Steve Whitten, Vice President for Planning and Effectiveness at American InterContinental University (AIU), and W. Pearce Miller, President of Pennsylvania Culinary Academy, will speak on topics in their respective fields.

On Wednesday, June 25, Pearce Miller will speak on Curriculum Mapping: The Road to Student Success. She worked with a project team from Vanderbilt University on the development and implementation of an Internet-based resource and training center for faculty, and has been published in various journals in the area of applied technology and faculty development. Reynard holds a Doctorate in Education, and continues to teach in M.Ed. and Ed.D. programs of study.

Steve Whitten will co-present Navigating Through the Challenges of an Outcomes Assessment Regional Accreditation Visit on Friday, June 27. Whitten has served at AIU since 2004 and is responsible for the University's institutional research, assessment, and strategic planning processes.
