WOODBURY, N.Y., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- CardWorks Servicing, LLC, ("CardWorks") the largest privately held third party bankcard servicer formerly known as Cardholder Management Services, LLC ("CMS") announced today that the company will be relocating its Pittsburgh operations center to Commerce Court, Station Square. The $1.8 million state-of-the art project, with a ten-year lease for 57,511 square feet of office space, represents one of the top ten real estate deals in the greater Pittsburgh area for 2007. CardWorks worked closely with the Governor's Action Team and Pittsburgh Regional Alliance to develop the agreement and sign the long-term lease.
In addition to the significant workforce CardWorks currently employs in Pennsylvania, the relocation will create a substantial number of new job opportunities for the residents of Pittsburgh over the next three years as CardWorks seeks to increase its quality workforce.
