TORONTO, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Bryn Resources Inc (PINKSHEETS: BRYN) (PINKSHEETS: BRYN.PK) is pleased to announce that the drilling program in respect of the Windflower Property has commenced with the dispatching of the drilling crew to the site this past weekend.
Bryn Resources has confirmed with its LOI partner Cayenne that drilling at the site will commence in the next few days and an announcement in respect of the particulars of the program will be released jointly between Bryn Resources and Cayenne this coming week.
The drilling program is in furtherance of the LOI entered into between Bryn Resources and Cayenne earlier this month.
Bryn Resources can also confirm that it has scheduled meetings with its representatives and those of Cayenne for today in order to confirm the details of the Joint Venture agreement to be entered into between the parties as well as negotiate other key corporate strategies the particulars of which will be released later in the week.
Bryn Resources continues to seek other opportunities in furtherance of its stated goal, which is to become an active mining exploration company, and to further increase its stable of mineralized properties in the United States and Canada.
