Brooke Savings Bank, a wholly owned

initiatives for 2008.
Brooke Savings Bank completed its Bank of the West acquisition on January
18, 2008. The Brooke Savings Bank's network began 2008 with two bank agents
and as of May 1, had grown to 54 bank agents in 56 locations. The bank's
total assets grew from $46.7 million at the start of 2008 to $134.8 million
as of April 30.

expansion. Two new loan officers were hired to work in Brooke Saving Bank's
Overland Park, Kan., office, where all loan officers and loan decisions
will remain.
