BroadSoft, Inc., a leading provider of
VoIP application software, today announced the appointment of Michael J.
Rodis as vice president of human resources. Rodis will leverage his 20
years of experience to manage BroadSoft's rapid growth in global markets.
For BroadSoft, Rodis will oversee all aspects of human resources
management, including recruiting, training and organizational development.
Rodis was previously with The Mills Corporation, where he served as senior
vice president of Human Resources for the 1,200-employee organization.
There he was instrumental in leading the development of employee policies,
practices and programs, and was credited with restructuring the company's
health and retirement programs.

Rodis has held senior executive roles in the HR departments of high-growth
companies in service, manufacturing, telecommunications and media
industries, including Marriott, Frito-Lay, MCI and Discovery
Communications.
Rodis is also involved in fund raising for The Leukemia and Lymphoma
Society through the Team in Training program. He develops Corporate
Learning Partnerships with a number of educational institutions and has
participated in the mentoring of individuals in their transition to
full-time employment through Maryland's Department of Economic Development.

Rodis holds a bachelor's degree in management and an MBA, both from The
College of William and Mary.
