Sunoco, Inc. through its subsidiaries, is principally a petroleum refiner and marketer and chemicals manufacturer with interests in logistics and cokemaking. The Company’s petroleum refining and marketing operations include the manufacturing and marketing of a full range of petroleum products, including fuels, lubricants and some petrochemicals.

CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CVI) declined 17.56% to $8.50. The Stock hit an intraday high and an intraday low of $9 and $8.10 respectively. In the last six months the stock went up over 6%. CVR Energy, Inc. and its subsidiaries is an independent refiner and marketer of transportation fuels. In addition, the Company owns the interests, a limited partnership, which produces nitrogen fertilizers in the form of ammonia and UAN.
