(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 07, 2009 ) Dallas, TX - Xerium Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:XRM) was one of the most active losers in today`s trading session as it plunged over 26.73% to $0.740 after the company yesterday reported results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Net loss for the third quarter of 2009 was $7.4 million or $0.15 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $21.5 million or $0.46 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2008. Net sales for the 2009 third quarter were $130.3 million, an 18.2% decrease from net sales for the 2008 third quarter of $159.3 million.

CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CVI) decreased 17.56% to $8.50 on a volume of 2.88 million shares after the company yesterday announced that one of its stockholders has commenced a registered underwritten public offering of 7,376,264 shares of CVR Energy's common stock. The selling stockholder, an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co., currently owns approximately 36% of CVR Energy's outstanding common stock and following the offering will continue to own approximately 28% of CVR Energy's outstanding common stock.

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR) declined 12.80% to $1.84 after the company today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Arbor reported a net loss attributable to Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. for the quarter of $44.1 million, or $1.74 per diluted common share, compared to net income attributable to Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 of $2.6 million, or $0.10 per diluted common share. Funds from operations for the quarter was a loss of $44.0 million, or $1.73 per diluted common share, compared to FFO income for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 of $3.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted common share.
