they have entered into an agreement for distribution of their products for
the entry of the MC2 Energy Drink and various other beverages in the
Bahamas, Bermuda and Turks and Caicos. In 2010, this distributor
relationship represents anticipated gross revenue from $1,000,000 to
$2,000,000 for Beverage Plus.
This new distributor in the Bahamas will also be introducing MC2 Energy
Drink to the Cruise Ship Industry as they have existing relationships with
a number of ships that travel in this region.
