CHICAGO, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allscripts, the leading provider

use to improve healthcare, announced today that the waiting period under the
Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, with respect to
the merger agreement announced on March 18, 2008 between Allscripts and Misys
Healthcare to form Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc., has expired.

the closing conditions. The transaction remains subject to other customary
