3Q09 Highlights

• Average Enrollment reached 253,6 thousand, a 79.5% growth over 3Q08;
• Net Revenue totaled R$ 220.2 million in 3Q09, up 30.3% year-over-year;
• EBITDA reached R$ 51.2 million in 3Q09, an increase of 26.8% versus 3Q08;
• In 9M09, Adjusted Net Income was R$ 87.0 million, 6.3% higher than 9M08.
