CHESTERBROOK, Pa. - (Business Wire) AmerisourceBergen Corporation (NYSE: ABC) today announced it had completed its public offering of $400 million principal amount of 4.875% Senior Notes due November 15, 2019. AmerisourceBergen intends to use approximately $221.9 million of the net proceeds from this offering to repay substantially all the amounts outstanding under its multi-currency revolving credit facility. The remainder of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
