ST. LOUIS - (Business Wire) Gary L. Rainwater, President, Chairman, President and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE) will join Warner L. Baxter, President and CEO of Ameren Services and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss first-quarter 2008 financial results and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Friday, Aug. 1, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).
