The US Group is comprised of Sompo Japan Insurance Company of America and its wholly owned reinsured subsidiary, Sompo Japan Fire and Marine Insurance Company of America. The outlook for all ratings is stable. All companies are domiciled in New York, NY, unless otherwise specified.
