OLDWICK, N.J. - (Business Wire) A.M. Best Co. has affirmed the financial strength rating of A+ (Superior) and issuer credit ratings of “aa-” of Sompo Japan US Group (US Group) and its members. The US Group is comprised of Sompo Japan Insurance Company of America and its wholly owned reinsured subsidiary, Sompo Japan Fire and Marine Insurance Company of America. The outlook for all ratings is stable. All companies are domiciled in New York, NY, unless otherwise specified.
