NEW YORK, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aftersoft Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASFG), a leading provider of business automation and ecommerce solutions for the automotive aftermarket announced that MAM Software Inc.'s, Autopart windows-based warehouse management solution has been approved by Mighty Distributing System of America, Inc., ("Mighty") as the recommended business management solution for its franchise locations. MAM Software Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aftersoft Group, Inc.

Mighty, with a franchised distribution network of 142 locations, is one of the nation's premier suppliers of auto parts strictly to professional installers. After conducting an extensive review and testing process, Mighty has approved Autopart as a recommended business management solution for its franchisees.

"The Autopart system impressed us as having the functionality of a mature product with an up-to-date look and feel," explained Ken Voelker, President, Mighty. "Nevertheless, there were changes and new interfaces needed for the program to work effectively within the framework of a Mighty business. MAM personnel stepped up to the challenge, making the changes we needed. Thus, the Autopart solution is now positioned as a robust, Windows-based graphical alternative to the system currently used by the majority of our franchisees."

After completing testing at one of the company's operations, Mighty has now installed the system at a number of franchise sites. "As things continue to progress, we plan to fine tune our interfaces and system modifications, but we are already confident that the Autopart system will work very well for Mighty. We look forward to a growing partnership that will benefit both of our companies for years to come," Mr. Voelker continued.

Brian Allibon, President of MAM Software Inc., is delighted with the announcement; "MAM's approval as a solution provider to franchisees marks another important step forward in our growth in the US automotive aftermarket. Mighty's recognition of Autopart as a high quality business management solution confirms the application's suitability to the diverse and challenging demands of the industry."
