New Custom Casino Sign and Latest Slot Base Technology Upholds Snoqualmie's Passion for Excellence
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- AC Coin & Slot is pleased to announce the completed installation of all slot bases and custom casino signage for the 170,000 square-foot Snoqualmie Casino. The property, which opened on November 6, 2008, features the debut installation of AC Coin & Slot's custom hybrid slot bases and state-of-the-art LED lighting technology among its more than 1,700 slots and high-end decor.

Working closely with Snoqualmie Casino executives, Las Vegas architectural design firm Bergman, Walls & Associates, and interior designer Yates-Silverman, AC Coin & Slot designed and installed over 1700 custom slot bases, ATM & Ticket Redemption Kiosk enclosures, and more than 20 custom casino signs. The project was designed to ensure that all tones, finishes, and design elements flowed seamlessly with the property's subdued earth tone color scheme. All bases and signage effectively carried the Snoqualmie tribal theme throughout the establishment and helped to define and brand the property with references to specific tribal images.

Advanced LED backlighting was used in end-panel designs so as to provide extended life and low power-draw while meeting LEED certifications. LED lighting also provided a highly-adaptable light source for AC Coin & Slot designers to create truly distinctive images that accurately reflect the design intentions of Snoqualmie owners, architects, and interior designers. Game and ticket redemption signs took into consideration various destinations on the floor and corresponding traffic patterns to provide visual balance and consistent branding of the property. Several hand-blown glass signs were also created by AC Coin & Slot, including a signature blown glass carousel sign depicting the Snoqualmie Falls.
AC Coin & Slot's signature hybrid slot bases carried the "Tribe of the Twelve Moons" theme throughout the casino and provided ultimate flexibility for Snoqualmie operators, due to their ability to adapt to changing floor designs. The hybrid bases could be reconfigured and repositioned to create single, double, back-to-back and carousel game formations that suit any slot machine from any manufacturer and easily accept complicated wire sets. Furthermore, the new hybrid bases, designed and patented by AC Coin & Slot partner TC Millwork, allowed base installation to occur simultaneously with base assembly, thus speeding time to opening.
