Lead actress of ‘Phantom of the Opera’, Jennifer Ellison has said that she may sue lad magazine Maxim after it splashed her nude photographs on the cover of its latest issue.
The 21-year-old Ellison said that she surely posed for a series of raunchy shots for the magazine in a flesh-coloured bikini but the clothing was then digitally removed. “They have airbrushed those photographs to make me appear nude,” she reiterated.
“That's not my belly button. I've got a sticky out belly button and it's pierced too. Secondly, they're not my boobs either. I vowed never to take all my clothes off in pictures. I really thought nothing of it when photographers asked me to cross my arms and legs to give the illusion of looking naked,” Ellison claimed.
In its defense, Maxim has said, as a normal procedure the photographs were sent to Jennifer’s agent for approval prior to publication and no problems were raised.
