CHICAGO, July 15 The son of a former Illinois judge was granted a restraining order last week after he said his father bit him on the hand.

John Kutrubis, 17, said his 66-year-old father, Lambros Kutrubis, bit him during an argument over accusations that the teenager stole money.

When his son pointed his finger in his face, Kutrubis allegedly sunk his teeth into it, causing swelling and a cut, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The order obtained in Domestic Violence Court allows John Kutrubis to leave his father's custody and live with his mother. It also says the father cannot harass, intimidate or physically abuse his son, or visit him at school.
