SAVAGE, Minn., May 31 A Minnesota woman who was forced to the ground and handcuffed after a DirecTV dispatcher told police that an installer was being held hostage is suing."These are regular people. She's a schoolteacher. ... You shouldn't have SWAT teams coming after someone if they know there's not a crisis," Marc Kurzman, a lawyer for Julie and Steven Pyle of Savage, Minn., told the St. Paul, Minn., Pioneer Press. The Pyles are seeking more than $75,000 in damages in a federal civil rights lawsuit against DirecTV, Savage police and Scott County enforcement dispatchers. The Pioneer Press reported that a DirectTV installer working at the Pyles' home told a dispatcher he was "being held hostage" and the dispatcher called police. Two installers then spoke to police and said there ' s been a misunderstanding and that they ' d left the house. According to the Pyles' lawsuit, police went to their home, anyway, called Julie Pyle out and handcuffed her at gunpoint before searching the home.Julie Pyle felt bad the job was taking the installers so long, so she baked them cookies, the lawsuit said.Copyright 2007 by UPI

She should get $75 million, not $75 thousand. The government and its armed thugs are the enemy of decent people. Taxation is extortion.

It is easy to criticize peace officers when they make mistakes, but what if no one yelled, "Fire!" in a burning theater? If you are going to make an omlette, you are going to have to break a few eggs. Security requires that some individuals' rights will be violated. There are terrorists among us who smoke marijuana, have sex with sixteen and seventeen year olds, are cleaning toilets and picking cabbage for less than the minimum wage, and question the wisdom of our government. These people must all be rounded up, including the horny housewives of Minnesota, and put in prison.

Julie and Steve Pyle are total IDIOTS. Everyone has hated them since the day they moved into the neighborhood. Julie is always trying to lure repairmen for sex. She porked the mail man at least 8 times. There was an electrician who stopped by there every day for two weeks
