NEW YORK, May 17 T-Pain's "Buy U a Drink (Shawty Snappin')," hanging in the top tier for 12 weeks, climbed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart of U.S. singles sales. Dipping to No. 2 after two weeks perched atop the Hot 100 was Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder." Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend" edged up from No. 4 to No. 3, while Timbaland ' s "Give It to Me," featuring Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake, moved from No. 5 to No. 4. Ne-Yo's "Because of You" dropped from No. 2 to No. 5. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's "I Tried," featuring Akon, rose from No. 9 to No 6. Rapper Huey scores his first Hot 100 top 10 hit with "Pop, Lock & Drop It," which moved from No. 11 to No. 7. Fergie's "Glamorous," featuring Ludacris, slid from No. 7 to No 8. Akon ' s "Don't Matter" also fell, dropping from No. 8 to No. 9. Pink's "U + Ur Hand" rounded out the top 10 by holding at No. 10. Copyright 2007 by UPI
