RAPID CITY, S.D., May 8 South Dakota's Department of Motor Vehicles has rescinded a recall order that would have disallowed a woman from having "MPEACHW" as her license plate. While state DMV officials originally recalled Heather Morijah's personalized plates due to its apparent support of an impeachment of President George W. Bush, they rescinded that order Monday, the Rapid City (S.D.) Journal said.State officials came to their decision after learning of a Missouri woman whose case for the license plate "ARYAN-1" was victorious in the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. While some legal experts criticized the move, Morijah said the state had come to the right decision."I'm glad the state did the right thing. And I feel truly that they did the right thing," she told the newspaper. "This whole experience has been one of the most significant of my entire life. And I will never forget it as long as I live."
