Solaria's spacious floor-to-ceiling-windowed homes average 1,500 to 2,000 square feet and were listed from $660,000 to $4.35 million. Auction bids will start as low as $299,000. Terrace and penthouse homes, some in excess of 3,000 square feet, will also be auctioned.
