BLACKSBURG, Va., April 17 Alleged Virginia Tech shooter Cho Seung-hui reportedly left a note listing his grievances against "rich kids," "debauchery" and "deceitful charlatans." The Chicago Tribune reports the note was found in Cho's Harper Hall dorm room on the Blacksburg, Va., campus. Cho, 23, a legal permanent resident who came to the United States in 1992, was described as a loner by university spokesman Larry Hincker. The Tribune said a note believed written by Cho, a senior English major, complained about "rich kids," "debauchery" and "deceitful charlatans" on campus. Cho's body was found among the 31 dead at Norris Hall. Police still have not determined whether he shot and killed two other people at one of the dorms.Copyright 2007 by UPI

It's sad .. "it seems he felt 'betrayed'when his girl-friend went for another guy?!" .. the girl-friend was the first to be gun down & then the rampage .. the kid just could not take it anymore .. / maybe he had a motive to kill the first two, but not all the innocent rest!!

Always after a tragedy, officials can quickly offer a profile of the assailant(s). How much time and effort is spent finding individuals who may be at risk prior to such a horrific event.
Educational institutions are full of highly educated excuse makers but we have yet to hear one of them say “It was my fault, I wasn’t doing my job”.

I'm wondering if he'd been in the Korean military service even though it's said that he's been in the US for 14 years. He seemed rather apt with his gun. Or maybe it's just the video games he's playing....this is really sad.
