ROSWELL, Ga., April 10 Twenty-seven people were arrested in a raid on a high-stakes poker game in an upscale home in an Atlanta suburb.Roswell, Ga., police say the gambling operation charged players $10,000 to enter the weekly Monday night games.Police Sgt. B.C. Brackett said players were found gambling around three tables in the basement of the house, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.He said those arrested were "from all walks of life." Police began watching the house after neighbors complained about traffic in the quiet neighborhood.While most of the arrested will face misdemeanor charges, "two men believed to be running the game will be charged with felony commercial gambling counts," the newspaper said.
