LONDON, March 6 British lawmakers Tuesday said they were told that Prince William and his girlfriend, Kate Middleton, will be married.However, a spokesperson for the Royal Family refused comment on the prince's possible nuptials, saying, Prince William has no plans to get engaged.A House of Commons select committee has heard that William, 24, has spoken openly about his plans, the London Evening Standard reported.Also, royal photographer Arthur Edwards told the members of Parliament that Middleton is in love with Prince William. I'm sure one day they'll get married.He said he also talked to Prince William and he's made it clear ... he wants to get married.The two met at St. Andrews University and have been dating since Christmas 2003.Copyright 2007 by UPI
