Sarajevo - Bosnian health authorities on Monday reported the country's first swine flu fatality, a 40-year-old man who succumbed to the illness, local media reported. The man was admitted to a hospital in Mostar town with severe pneumonia. His condition took a turn for the worse, and he died Monday.
Bosnia reported more than 150 cases of infection with the new influenza.
