Los Angeles - Nicole Kidman and Gwyneth Paltrow are teaming up to star in The Danish Girl, a film that tracks the relationship between the first post-operative transsexual and his wife, Variety reported Monday. The film is based on a novel by David Ebershoff about the experience of Einar Wegener and his wife, Greta. Einar begins his transformation after his wife, a portrait painter, asks him to stand in for an absent female model. Einar begins a metamorphosis into Lili after he slips on a dress, stockings and woman's shoes.
In the movie, Kidman will play Einar and Paltrow will play Greta, who stands by her partner through the sex-change operation, finally letting go when she realizes the man she married no longer exists.

Isla Fisher to star in Desperados =
Los Angeles - Isla Fisher is to star in Desperados, a female road-trip movie with an unusual twist, according to The Hollywood Reporter on Monday.
The yarn centers on a woman who sends an indignant e-mail to her new boyfriend, who fails to contact her after the first time they have sex. When she discovers he's comatose in a Mexican hospital, she races south of the border with her friends in tow to intercept the e-mail before he recovers.
Fisher last starred in Confessions of a Shopaholic and is working on The Cookie Queen and Life Coach for Universal.

Gyllenhaal to star in Source Code
Los Angeles - Actor Jake Gyllenhaal is set to star in the sci-fi thriller Source Code as a soldier who wakes up in the body of an unknown commuter and is forced to live and relive a harrowing train bombing until he can determine who is responsible for it.
The movie had initially been scheduled to begin shooting in 2007 with Topher Grace in the starring role. The movie will be directed by Duncan Jones, the son of rock legend David Bowie, whose previous movie Moon, starring Sam Rockwell, was a critical hit.
Gyllenhaal's next movie will be Brothers in which he stars with Tobey Maguire in an Afghanistan war drama.

Foxx and Lawrence set for Sheneneh and Wanda
Los Angeles - Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is teaming up with Martin Lawrence to star in a comic caper film, playing female characters they developed during their stand-up comedy days, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Foxx will write the script and he and Martin will produce the film about two independent women who branch out into the bank robbery business in order to make ends meet.
Foxx, who last starred in Law Abiding Citizen, will next be seen in the romantic comedy Valentine's Day. Lawrence will next be seen in the comedy Death at a Funeral.
