Los Angeles - Levi Johnston, is not letting Sarah Palin, last year's Republican candidate for vice president, get all the exposure for her upcoming book. Johnston, who fathered a child with Palin's 18-year-old daughter, who was pregnant during the election, has signed up to appear naked for Playgirl, the skin magazine aimed at women, according to US reports Thursday. Johnson split up with Bristol Palin shortly after the November 2008 election.
Celebrity website TMZ.com posted images of Johnson working out to get buff for the photo shoot. Johnston has recently started appearing in TV commercials for pistachio nuts.
Palin herself has been garnering lots of publicity with her autobiography Going Rogue, which has jumped to the top of the bestseller list on advance sales prior to its November 17 release.

Heidi Klum takes on husband Seal's last name
New York - Supermodel and reality TV star Heidi Klum is taking on the surname of her husband, singer Seal, the New York Post reported Thursday.
She reportedly filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court to legally change her name to Heidi Samuel, to match husband Seal, whose full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.
The 36-year-old German supermodel will remain Heidi Klum in her work, such as hosting US TV show Project Runway, but will formally take her musician husband's last name.
The move comes as Mrs Seal is due to give birth to her fourth child. The couple married in 2005 and have two sons together, 4-year- old Henry Samuel and 2-year-old Johan Samuel. Heidi also has a 5- year-old daughter Helene, known as Leni, from her previous relationship with Flavio Briatore.

Report: Alleged Letterman extortionist was jealous
Los Angeles - The man who allegedly tried to extort 2 million dollars from David Letterman launched the scheme after finding his girlfriend outside their house passionately kissing the talk-show host, People magazine reported Thursday.
The report said that Robert Joe Halderman, 51, caught then- girlfriend Stephanie Birkitt in a car in the driveway of their home, passionately kissing Letterman. Birkitt was Letterman's onetime assistant.
Birkitt and Halderman split up soon after, and Birkitt moved to Manhattan.
Letterman announced the extortion attempt, including his dalliances with women who worked for him, last week on his own show and has since enjoyed a significant ratings boost.
Halderman has been charged with grand larceny, entering a plea of not guilty.
