New York - Actor Dennis Hopper was released from hospital Thursday, a day after he was rushed in for treatment for flu-like symptoms. Dennis Hopper is "feeling better" after being treated at a hospital Wednesday in New York City for flu-like symptoms.
"After experiencing some severe flu-like symptoms and not being in his hometown, Dennis went to the hospital for medical care," Sam Maydew, Hopper's manager, said in a statement. "He was treated for dehydration and is now back in his hotel room and feeling much better."
Hopper took ill on Wednesday, just before he was due to make a series of promotional appearances for the second season of his Starz channel television show, Crash, an adaption of the Oscar-winning movie.
