New York - Veteran US film actor Dennis Hopper, 73, has been hospitalized in New York with flu-like symptoms, his spokeswoman said late Wednesday. She gave few other details, but the television programme Entertainment Tonight said Hopper had been taken to hospital in an ambulance and was seen wearing an oxygen mask.
Hopper is well-known to moviegoers for his roles in such films as "Easy Rider," "Apocalypse Now," "Blue Velvet" and "Speed."
