Stuttgart - Former Germany goalkeeper Jens Lehmann has been suspended for VfB Stuttgart's midweek cup match at third division Luebeck for disciplinary reasons because he didn't inform the Bundesliga club about a visit to the Munich beerfest. Suttgart said on Monday that Lehmann, 39, went to Munich on Saturday after Stuttgart crashed 2-0 at home to then bottom club Cologne. Lehmann accepted the verdict, saying the visit was part of a long planned charity event but that he forgot to tell the club.
