Los Angeles - US actress Katherine Heigl and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, are adopting a baby girl from Korea, a representative for the Grey's Anatomy star told People magazine. Heigl's sister Meg was also adopted from Korea.

The celebrity internet site RadarOnline.com said Wednesday that the baby is about 10 months old and named Nayleigh.

Last week, Heigl, 30, received a leave of absence from her television doctors drama to make the movie Life As We Know It. She was due back on the set of Grey's Anatomy in November.

She has also starred in such films as Knocked Up and 27 Dresses and wed Kelley, 29, in December 2007.
