Hamburg - Mimoun Azaouagh scored twice within less than a minute as VfL Bochum fought from three goals down to a 3-3 Bundesliga draw against 10-man Borussia Moenchengladbach on Sunday. Azaouagh was on target within around 50 seconds in the 51st and 52nd minute, and Stanislav Sestak completed the comeback in the 63rd after the visitors had Dante sent off.
Juan Arango, Roberto Colautti and Roel Brouwers had given Moenchengladbach what appeared a comfortable 3-0 lead halftime lead against a hapless Bochum defence, but the tide turned after Karim Matmour missed a fourth in the 48th minute.
Azaouagh fired high into the top right corner in the 51st from 18m, and aimed successfully at the same corner again from slightly longer range a few seconds later.
Sestak headed the equalizer in the 63rd, three minutes after he was elbowed by Dante which earned the central defender a red card.
Promoted SC Freiburg were due to host SV Hamburg in the other Sunday game.
