Madrid - The premature son of Spain's first H1N1 influenza victim has died in Madrid, hospital sources said Monday. Dalilah Mimouni, 20, died on June 30 following an emergency Caesarian section seven months into her pregnancy. Officials said that baby Rayan had not been infected with H1N1.
Mimouni's family has threatened to sue two Spanish hospitals which initially failed to diagnose her disease.
Two people have died in Spain of the disease, popularly known as swine flu.
