Berlin - A speed skating ruling body official rejected Sunday claims of a deal with Germany's five-time Olympic champion Claudia Pechstein who has been banned for two years for blood doping. Pechstein accused the ruling body ISU of using her case to set a precedent, saying there had been a deal made with the ISU at the world all-round championships in Norway in February allowing her to withdraw due to illness in exchange for the ISU not making the case public.
