Moscow - Norway won the annual Eurovision Song Contest late Saturday in Moscow by a huge margin. Dancing, fiddling singer Alexander Rybak won with Fairytale, a song he wrote himself.
In the annual competition, held this year in Moscow's Olympic Stadium because a Russian entry won in 2008, TV audiences all over Europe vote for the best pop song. Norway will host the 2010 finals performances.
There were competitors from 25 countries in this year's 54th annual contest.
