Madrid - The number of people diagnosed with swine flu in Spain has risen to 13, Deputy Prime Minister Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega said Thursday. The authorities are investigating 84 other suspected cases. Most of the diagnosed patients had been to Mexico recently. The government earlier said they were doing well. Several went home from hospital. Health Minister Trinidad Jimenez said in Luxembourg that Spain did not back restricting travel to Mexico, because it would be a "drastic" and "not useful" measure.
