NEW YORK, Jan. 31 U.S. pop star Billy Joel will release his first pop single in 14 years in February.
Joel wrote the tune, All My Life, to honor his new wife, Kathie Lee Joel, NME.com reported. Joel, who racked up numerous hits and awards throughout his career, turned his eye to classical compositions during recent years.
The song will be available for download beginning Feb. 7 on the People magazine Web site, and from U.S. iTunes beginning Feb. 20.
Joel is scheduled to perform the national anthem at the Super Bowl XLI in Miami Sunday.
He kicks off a North American tour in Jacksonville, Fla., Feb. 7.
