Seoul - Seven sailors went missing when a fishing boat capsized in high waves Wednesday in waters off the south-eastern coast of South Korea, news reports said. Three of the 10 crew members of the 79-ton ship were rescued and were receiving medical treatment, the national Yonhap News Agency said.
