Hong Kong - A Hong Kong yoga master who molested four female pupils when doing breathing exercises with them was beginning a jail term of three years and nine months on Tuesday. Man Fung, 65, was jailed Monday after being found guilty of 10 counts of molesting the women, aged 15 to 24, in a series of indecent assaults that took place between 2006 and May 2007.

Man, a yoga instructor for 10 years, fondled his victims while "transferring air" to them in a breathing exercise, groping their thighs and breasts and pressing himself against them.

One victim testified how he pulled up her shirt to kiss her navel during a yoga class while others said he pulled down their pants and placed his hands on their breasts.

All the offences took place at a yoga school, the Hong Kong China Yoga Association, he ran with his wife in the city's Tsuen Wan district, Hong Kong's District Court was told.

Judge Anthony Kwok told Man, who denied the offences, that his crimes ran the risk of seriously undermining the trust of students and their parents in yoga instructors in the city.
