(Reuters) NEW YORK - American International Group Inc is seeking capital from private equity firms Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and J.C. Flowers & Co, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the situation.KKR and J.C. Flowers met with AIG executives at the insurer's New York offices on Sunday, according to Bloomberg.
