Athens - More than 40 bakers from the northern city of Serres earned themselves a place in the Guinness Book of World Records Tuesday after baking a 250-kilo pie. The bakers took nearly three hours to make the "bougatsa", a traditional cream pie which is a specialty in northern Greece. It was 20 metres long and 60 centimetres thick.
The pie, baked in a specially-made oven, was baked as part of the this week's inaugural Bougatsa Festival.
