ROME (Reuters) - Italian aerospace company Finmeccanica Spa is to make a friendly takeover bid worth 3.4 billion euros ($5.26 billion) for DRS Technologies Inc of the United States, sources close to the deal said late on Monday.Sources said the board of Finmeccanica, in which the Italian Treasury has a nearly 34 percent stake, had decided the details of the offer at a seven-hour board meeting. No other details were immediately available.
