Sofia - Bulgarian football club Levski Sofia on Wednesday fired coach Stanimir Stoilov and chief executive Nasko Sirakov over the team's poor results. The decision was announced by the Levski owner and president, Todor Batkov, who promised to appoint a new coach in time for the national league top match against archrivals CSKA Sofia on Sunday. With a 16-point lead over second-placed Levski, CSKA has already secured the 2008 title and dethroned Levski. Levski, a 26-time Bulgarian champion, underscored the loss of the title with a string of poor results, including recent defeats against the lowly Chernomorets Burgas and Lokomotiv Sofia.
