NEW YORK (Reuters) - News Corp is in talks with Microsoft Corp about joining in its contested bid for Yahoo Inc , The New York Times said, citing people involved in the discussions.The combination would join Yahoo, Microsoft's MSN and News Corp's MySpace, the New York Times said on its Web site late on Wednesday.Microsoft and News Corp declined to comment.(Reporting by Ilaina Jonas; Editing by Gary Hill)
