NEW YORK (Reuters) - JPMorgan Chase & Co is in talks to raise its bid for Bear Stearns Cos to about $10 a share, a person familiar with the situation told Reuters.JPMorgan declined to comment.(Reporting by Chris Reiter, editing by Mark Porter)
