Los Angeles - Hollywood bad girl Lindsay Lohan dominated the Golden Raspberry Awards Saturday at the annual show that marks the worst performances of the year on the eve of the Oscars. Lohan won two worst actress awards for her movie I Know Who Killed Me, which also had the dubious honour of breaking the Razzie record with no less than eight awards.
The movie, described by Razzie organizers as "teen porn" picked up prizes for worst director, worst screenplay, worst excuse for a horror movie, worst remake or rip-off, worst screen couple (Lohan's portrayal of two identical-looking characters), worst actress (two trophies for a tie between Lohan and Lohan) and worst film of the year.
Eddie Murphy also had a night to remember winning three worst actor awards for his triple role in the film Norbit which was a box office hit despite being mauled by critics. His Razzies came just a year after he was up for an Oscar for Dreamgirls.
The previous Razzie record of seven was held by Showgirls (1995) and Battlefield Earth (2000).
Lohan's awards were a reflection of a traumatic year in which the 21-year-old wild child was in and out of rehab, featured regularly in the gossip columns for an endless series of flings and also starred in I Know Who Killed Me, which was one of the biggest flops of the year.
