KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 5 Chris Lofton scored 26 points Tuesday, fueling the seventh-ranked Tennessee Vols' 104-82 home victory over the Florida Gators.
Tyler Smith and JaJuan Smith each added 23 points for the Volunteers (20-2, 7-1 SEC), who won their fourth straight game and are 12-0 at home this season.
Marreese Speights had 23 points for the Gators (18-5, 5-3). Dan Werner added 18 points, and freshman Nick Calathes had 15 points and eight assists.
Tennessee entered the second half trailing 48-44.
