LOS ANGELES, Jan. 3 The Bravo network is holding casting calls around the United States for its third season of the television series Top Chef.Those selected will take part in cookoffs slated for New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Las Vegas and Miami. Daily Variety said Wednesday that the series has become the top-rated food show on cable with viewership in the second season more than 50 percent higher than the first season.Copyright 2007 by UPI
