NEW YORK (Reuters) - Target Corp said on Wednesday that Bob Ulrich will retire as the retailer's chief executive as of May 1, but will remain chairman through the end of fiscal 2008.Company president Gregg Steinhafel will succeed Ulrich as chief executive, the company said.(Reporting by Martinne Geller; editing by Carol Bishopric)
