NEW YORK, Jan. 3 A TV host who left her name out of court papers is suing makers of an online ad in New York, claiming the ad she was told would be humorous turned out racy.

Kevin Mulhearn, a lawyer for the woman identified in court papers as "Jane Doe," said she was misled about the nature of the ad for Szul Jewelry, The New York Post reported Thursday.

"She was told it was going to be comedic, and it wound up being softcore porn instead," said Mulhearn.

The finished ad, entitled "Rock Her World," shows the married actress "lying down and wearing a Szul necklace, appearing to have an orgasm or otherwise experiencing sexual pleasure," the suit said.

Szul and the Web advertisement's producer, Q2 Entertainment, declined to comment, the Post said.

The suit said Doe "has worked as a live on-air host for a national cable network program" since 2001 and has done some modeling and acting work. It claims the ad has harmed her efforts to maintain "a wholesome image."

The suit seeks $5 million in damages.
